In addition to our electrical installation service for industrial projects we also provide a range of specialist electrical & mechanical services aimed specifically at the commercial and leisure industry. From smaller installation works to complete projects including initial design to installation, commissioning and on-going support, our team of experienced engineers can provide a host of innovative solutions.

Skilled in project management and facilities maintenance we are able to offer clients a range of Planned Preventative Maintenance packages from the maintenance of electrical systems only right through to acting as a full Building Services Facilities Management Team with a 24 hour, 365 days a year maintenance call out facility. We also offer comprehensive on-line maintenance monitoring packages.

Maintenance packages can be tailored to clients individual requirements including Fire Alarm quarterly inspections to BS5839, Emergency Lighting quarterly inspections, Portable Appliance Testing, Fixed Wiring and routine checks to BS7671, Mechanical Services inspections, Control Panel inspections and Air Conditioning servicing.
