The environment in which PATS testing is carried out is often the most sensitive of all. Testers will be working in offices in close contact with your staff, the work is potentially intrusive and confidential information may be visible.
To meet this challenge, most of our testers are placed on our in-house Customer Care courses to train them in client liason.
Our testers are all trained to City & Guilds 2377 Parts 1 & 2 - which means that they are trained not just in the fundamentals of testing but also in the management of the testing programme.
This means we will effectively take away the administration of the programme, liase with staff and provide full documentation at the completion of the work. Our range of services include:
